Costs for your organisation depend on how many practitioners need to be licensed to use Outcomes Star and the training approach that works best for you.
Why it costs what it costs
As an employee-owned social enterprise, we have priced the Outcomes Star to make it accessible. Our fees allow us to support organisations, undertake research and invest in the continual improvement of the Stars and Outcomes Star Online.
Outcomes Star licence prices for UK / Ireland
Account: £255 / €309 (includes 1 Account Lead licence/login) - Annual price
Licence and login: £41 / €50 per practitioner - Annual price
Prices exclude VAT.
Here’s what you’ll have access to:
- Every one of our Stars
One licence gives you access to all Stars, which are evidence-based, tested in real-life settings and continually improved with new versions, revisions and resources.
- A team you can partner with
Ongoing support throughout your Outcomes Star journey, from webinars to quality assurance at no extra cost from expert advisers in your region.
- Outcomes Star Online
OS Online makes the Star paperless, offering a secure and easy way to record information and generate reports to analyse and demonstrate progress.
Outcomes Star training
Small teams
01: Open training is £245 per person for groups of 3 or less.
02: In-house training is priced according to number of participants:
- £980 for 4
- £1,200 for 5 – 8
- £1,320 for 9 – 12
- £1,630 for 13 – 16
Large teams
Our licensed trainer programme to develop your own in-house trainer is £2,500 for initial training and a one-year license with ongoing support. Once completed, licence renewal, ongoing support and our CPD programme is £1,250 per year.
Additional training
You can purchase bespoke refresher courses or practice reviews for £1,320 for a full-day programme or £665 for a half-day. 10% discount if purchased alongside core training.
