Your process
How you’ll develop your Outcomes Star practice
Every member of your team using the Stars must complete our core training programme, to help them understand how to make the most of our approach. We also offer supplementary courses to help you develop or refresh your Stars practice.
For larger organisations, we can develop in-house licensed trainers to deliver training more cost-effectively and build a legacy of skills in the team.
