How do we get training?
To use the Stars, you will need to purchase licences and training for each of the practitioners who will use the approach with the people they support. We need 4-6 weeks’ notice before delivering in-house training, so be mindful of timescales.

Core Star training
Our training focuses on the Star(s) most relevant to you. It is an interactive course to help understand the information your Star captures, how it fits with your keywork skills and how to best use it with the people you support.
It can all be delivered face to face in full-day modules or remotely in half-day modules. Learn the fundamentals of the Outcomes Star and Journey of Change, so you can use a Star as a basis for action plans and reviews.
Keywork Skills course
For those who have completed core training, or want to combine core training with keywork skills. This course focuses on Motivational Interviewing (MI), a key skill in effecting and supporting change. Learn more.
