Each of the Stars consists of several tailored scales. These are based on our five-stage Journey of Change – recognisable small steps that blend internal and external factors. You’ll find each Star:

Complete Stars over time to create an engaging visual of change for an individual, and see how close they are to achieving their next milestone.
- See the wider organisational picture
Aggregate data across a caseload, service or organisation to show outcomes achieved and distance travelled on the Journey of Change.
Licences and Training
What do I need to do?
To implement the Star in your service, you’ll need a licence for your organisation and licences and training for practitioners using the Star with the people they support. Licences include access to the Outcomes Star online platform and all published Star versions. We can help you find the right approach for you.
