BRAVE (Building Resilience and Affirming Values Early) is an organisation dedicated to strengthening mental health, psychosocial wellbeing, child protection, family resilience, and community development.
Their work has supported vulnerable children, young people leaving care, caregivers, families, schools, community organisations, and health-focused programmes across Zimbabwe and Southern Africa.
They are passionate about helping organisations move beyond activity-based reporting to meaningful outcomes measurement that demonstrates real change in people’s lives.
Rumbidzaishe Magidivani is the Founder and Director of BRAVE. Through our partnership, Rumbi and her team support organisations to measure progress, strengthen service delivery, and place the voices of beneficiaries at the centre of programme design and evaluation.
They understand both the realities of frontline service delivery and the importance of demonstrating impact to funders, stakeholders, and communities. This unique perspective enables BRAVE to support organisations in embedding outcomes-focused practice that is both meaningful and sustainable.
As the authorised Outcomes Star reseller and implementation partner for Zimbabwe and South Africa, they work with NGOs, community-based organisations, schools, health programmes, faith-based organisations, and government partners to implement Outcomes Star tools, provide practitioner training, and strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems.

Translating the Stars into other languages
As strength-based, trauma-informed and person-centred language is so important to Outcomes Star, we are focused on ensuring that translations maintain the same level of quality and accuracy. Only Outcomes Star, or organisations with our specific permission, can translate Outcomes Star resources.
