Preparing You For Your Upcoming Course #
For our Core training courses, you will receive a full pack of the Star you are training in.
For Licenced Trainer training, you will receive a full pack of the Star you are training in and an LT manual. You will also receive 16 starter packs in your chosen Star following completion of your training.
Receiving Your Training Materials #
As part of your course booking, you will receive both hard-copy and electronic resources.
After accepting a training quote, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email, you will be asked to provide a delivery address for your hard-copy training materials by a specified date.
Hard-copy materials will be sent to your chosen address in advance of the course delivery date. For in-house courses, we can only send materials to one location, and you will be responsible for distributing them to learners.
If you do not provide an address by the specified date, we cannot guarantee that your materials will arrive in time.
Electronic resources will be shared by your course trainer within your training joining instructions.
Ordering Additional Hard Copy Materials #
If you would like to purchase additional hard-copy Star materials, you can request these by contacting the Helpdesk.
Full packs or individual items are available to order for any Star.

- Full Pack: User Guide, Star chart, scales (with flash/prompt cards): £6.50
- User guide or conversation guide: £2.50
- Flash / prompt cards: £2.00

- Navigation Star wirobound: £7.00
- Postage: £4.00 (flat fee)
Please let us know which Star materials you would like to order, the quantities required, and your preferred delivery address. We will then provide you with a quote. Materials will be dispatched once the quote has been accepted.

If you have accessibility requirements or need training materials in an alternative format, please contact the Helpdesk. We will work with you to ensure you can fully participate in and benefit from your training.
